Is a fun way to kick off any fitness program, Currently runs 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off on Sundays.
It is a great way to get you motivated with a fun group of 20 (maximum) people
Each week is very different, so that training never gets boring, from running , boxing, carry tyres, long walks, commando crawling etc…….
You never know what to expect besides a great workout.
Come and give it a go you have nothing to loose, all fitness levels and ages welcome.
